the highest standards

We want you to love your home and the KES products in it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase made directly on keshome.com, you may return the merchandise under the following conditions:
 

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS

  • The merchandise must be in a salable, unused condition, include all original accessories, and be in its original packaging—including the packing slip.
  • Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 60 days from the date of purchase.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the return of the product.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

  • If your product is damaged at the time of receipt or defective within the applicable warranty period, KES will repair or replace (at our option) your item at no charge.
  • Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 60 days from the date of purchase.

TO BEGIN THE RETURNS PROCESS

  • Then click REQUEST A RETURN at the bottom of the order screen.

  • Please allow us to process your return and issue a refund within 5 days of confirming receipt of the returned products.
